  • What is the Delivery Time?

We provide shipping all over Pakistan through TCS and internationally through FedEx/DHL. It will take 3-5 business days for delivery within Pakistan and 5-7 business days for international orders delivery. 

 

  • What if the product color varies?

kuli jumé ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, kuli jumé does not accept responsibility for variances in color or style.

 

  • Can I amend my order?

Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.

 

  • What if my merchandise is damaged?

If the item is damaged, you may get it exchanged or get a refund. Drop us an email at contact@kulijume.com After receiving the article, we will inspect it and offer you either an exchange, return or store credit upon confirmation of claim. 

 

  • How do I track my order?

On dispatch, you will be provided the fulfilment partner and their tracking number for your order through email. You can log on to DHL/FedEx website for international order and TCS website for local delivery respectively.

 

  • Do I need to have an account to shop with you?

You can also place an order without making an account which is called a Guest Checkout. However, setting up an account will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us.

 

  • Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before the item is shipped (within 24 hours) For the amount, you will be given the option of Exchange, Refund (through the same channel) and Store Credit.

 

  • Can I add items to the existing order or make changes to an order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once the order has been processed. You can however, feel free to create another order and we will try to deliver them together if done within 24 hours. If not, both orders will have a different delivery date. 

 

  • Does the price of the order include shipping?

Shipping charges are included in all orders. kuli jumé offers FREE shipping all over the world. 

 

  • What are the Terms and Conditions of buying online?
  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan
  • Pakistan is our country of domicile
  • Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website
  • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in USD (or any other agreed currencies)
